Easter Weekend Yoga & Movement Education Retreat

Join Edward and Lucy on a Yoga Retreat over Easter weekend 2010 at Quantum Leaps. You will enjoy a daily yoga and meditation practice taught by Lucy, an inspiring movement session taught by Ed to help you understand how your hips, shoulders & spine work - or should work together and an evening fire walking ceremony.

All of the following are included in the retreat price:
A Daily yoga class
Evening meditations
A movement education class
An evening fire walking ceremony
Time to explore nature on ski's or on foot (the lodge is located on the Blaeberry river away from town)
3 great, wholesome meals each day
Plenty of teas, coffee & snacks in between the meals
Time to read a book by the wood burning stove
Time to soak in one of the hot tubs or the sauna
Warm, cozy accommodation (your choice of a private room or shared)

Dates:Arrive the evening of thursday April 1, depart after morning yoga or after lunch on monday 5th April.

Price: Prices range from $700 - 840 depending on your room choice

Booking: Deposit required by cheque of $150. Full Payment required by March 1st 2010.
